Changes and Returns

The return period in our online store is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:

1. Items damaged during shipment

Upon receiving the item you should check it thoroughly. If you find that it has been damaged during the shipment you should contact us immediately through our contact routes or by telephone where we will indicate how to proceed.

2. Wrong items

If unfortunately we have made a mistake in shipping the item, you have 14  days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at coquitaretro@hotmail.com

3. Faulty items

For the return for a faulty items, it will first be necessary to verify the defect of the piece by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is at our expense.

All furniture and its parts have a 2-year warranty. In the case of a faulty item, BECARA (whose ownership corresponds to Teiler Investments S.A.) bears all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or refund of the amount, as appropriate. All these steps being free for the consumer.

This Guarantee includes shipping, material and labor, but according to the consumer goods guarantee law, the characteristics of the product inherent to its nature are excluded from its coverage (behavior of the wood, …), as well such as damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.

This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized installer when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

The guarantee will lose its value:

If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the proof of purchase.

The guarantee offered by Coquita Retro complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) and in Law 3/2014, of March 27, by which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).

4. Item does not meet your expectations

If you receive the item and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product. To do this, you should only contact Coquita Retro by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.

After receiving the merchandise in our warehouse and checking its status, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, by bank transfer.

Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, if you return the product already opened, you repack it very well.

5. What are the return costs?

If you return an item to us due to an error on the part of Coquita Retro, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, faulty item or an error in shipping, we will always assume all the costs of the return.

If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us. The return costs will be the same as the delivery costs. These delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

6. No exchange or refund

You cannot change items damaged by your own handling (for example: intentional deterioration, altered, retouched, stained, washed, used, with the smell of perfume, tobacco, body odor, breakage or damage due to misuse). If you try to make a change and you have sent us the garment with any damage. We will not change it or refund the amount of the garment. You will also have to pay the shipping costs if you want to get it back. The same will happen if the garment is damaged by poor packaging when it is returned to us. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IN BOTH CASES.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, lingerie, intimate clothing, swimwear, pantyhose, stockings, socks, comics

If the items you want to return meet the conditions specified above, you must indicated us what your intention is:

  1. Give you your money back
  2. Change the garment for another

No exchange or return will be processed until we receive the items to be returned and they are reviewed.
